Many high performance applications require a SCG “Single Gauge Coax” or Micro Coaxial assembly. OCP is one of a handful of companies around the world that can reliably manufacture these assemblies with coaxial conductors ranging in size from 32-42 AWG. We routinely work with connectors from JAE, Hirose, I-PEX and KEL. Commonly used as the interface between a controller card and a Flat Panel Display we can integrate the assemblies into a transition board or from one connector manufacturer to another.

OCP flat flex cables are used for flat panel display to board interconnection where Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA), or Flat Panel Display Interface (FDPI-1) is specified. It's also an excellent solution where LVDS data transfer is required.
