San Diego CA,
Sales Policy Change for Flat Flexible Cable Assemblies Effective 1/1/2012 Dear Valued Customers, Regretfully we will not be able to support the small volume prototype orders that we have accepted in the past for Flat Flexible cable assemblies. Due to changes in production equipment, staffing levels and sales activity levels OCP Group will no longer be accepting orders for prototype or sample quantities for Flat Flexible cables in all offered pitch sizes. The same products will be offered however the minimum order accepted will be 1000 pieces of any length or type. Should this be a new order OCP will provide first articles to be approved should they be necessary. Repeat orders for previously supplied assemblies will require the MOQ of 1000 pieces regardless of quantities accepted or quoted in the past. We greatly value the trust our customers place in our products and services. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this policy change may cause any of our customers and look forward to serving your cable assembly and wire harness needs in the new year. |
