OCP Announces New Continuous Flex Cables

OCP Group is pleased to announce that it has reengineered several of its Machine Vision and Industrial networking cable products in addition to adding several new items. The product family now includes several cables that have been redesigned for optimal field performance in a wide spectrum of industrial / machine vision applications. All of OCP's cables in this product family have now been designed to continuous flex for 1kk+ cycles for Torsional, Bending 'tic-toc', Rolling and Random Motion flexing. Additionally, the cable jacket designs have been designed to accommodate the widest spectrum of environmental conditions possible thus making them ideally suited for industrial, machine vision, packaging or robotics applications. Several 'families' of finished cable assemblies have been released for Camera Link, CCXC Analog, Firewire and GigE Vision cables with unique, hi-torque strain reliefs. These standard cables are available in lengths from 1 to 10 meters are typically ship from stock. Custom lengths and custom tooled strain relief designs are welcomed and can typically be designed and prototyped within 3 weeks. Multi-Conductor, Continuous Flex cable for low voltage power distribution has also been added. Typically sold in 250', 500' or 1000' reels this cable is offered as bulk cable on the reel or as a part of a custom assembly.
