OCP Group Aquires SGW Electronics

OCP Group is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of SGW Electronics, LLC as of August 1. SGW has been providing cable assemblies, wire harnesses and electronic assemblies to OEM's for more than 25 years. The company specializes in small to medium size runs with quick turn manufacturing. House tooling ranges from low voltage terminals from manufacturers such as AMP, Canon, Hirose, ITT Canon and Molex as well as high current applicators for power distribution assemblies or grounding straps. In addition to wire harnesses and cable assemblies SGW also manufactures electronic pcb assemblies and custom power switches. SGW Electronics is an approved UL Wire Harness facility and employs the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard as its quality system.
