Customer Monitoring

 

Dear customers and other interested parties,

We are not back to full operational capacity, but the situation is improving. The China COVID-19 numbers are stabilizing and even retreating in some cities and provinces.  We have more than 50% of our staff returned and more coming back daily as the National and Provincial travel bans are being relaxed. We are happy to report this is positively affecting our suppliers as well.

While both OCP Group and its suppliers still have a significant amount of work to fully recover to normalized capacity we are encouraged by more recent trending.

As mentioned in early February the narrative is developing and will continue to be in the coming weeks. OCP will proactively communicate impacts to our delivery commitments.   Should you have specific project questions we ask that you direct them to your OCP account contact. We would also like to ask for your patience and empathy for those whose families and friends have been directly impacted by the virus.
